The data you share
The project form sends us your name, email address, optionally your phone number, your country and your city.
It also contains the information you choose to share about your land, your wishes, the energies you are considering, the level of home automation and your message. We do not ask for sensitive data (health, religion, political views).
What we use it for
This information is only used to read your request, reply to you and prepare a first conversation about your home. We do not use it for advertising and make no automated decision about you.
The legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you tick the form box (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Exchanges needed to prepare a project may also rely on pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b).
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for 12 months from our last exchange, then deleted. If a project goes ahead, contractual documents follow their own legal retention periods.
Who can read it
Only the Casa Viva team accesses requests. We never sell, rent or pass your data to commercial third parties.
Our hosting provider may access the servers for maintenance, without any commercial use.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only a technical session cookie, required for the form and protection against fraudulent submissions. It expires when you close your browser.
We use no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or social tracking network.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing, and ask for restriction or portability.
Write to the address below: we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country.
